Wendy Sartory Link

Managing Partner

Wendy Sartory Link is one of the firm’s three founding partners and serves as its Managing Partner. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Commercial Real Estate and Asset-Based Financing, as well as General Corporate Matters. In her so-called ‘spare time,’ Wendy is a tireless, influential crusader for creating top quality education for all of Florida’s students – inspired by being a mother to three boys.

Wendy has an ‘AV’ rating and recognition as one of the Preeminent Women Lawyers from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer review rating attainable. She has been named repeatedly by the South Florida Legal Guide as one of the Top Lawyers in South Florida for Real Estate and Commercial Loan Transactions since 2001. She has appeared on the list of Best Lawyers for Real Estate Law since 2009. She has also been named to the Women Leaders in Florida list by Florida Trend magazine.

Wendy is the immediate Past Chair of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, an organization dedicated to impacting issues and policies that can improve the business environment and educational landscape in the county.  In this capacity, she was at the forefront of helping to shape and sustain the economic boom and job growth that Palm Beach County is currently experiencing. She currently sits on the Board of Governors of the State University System at a crucial time when decisions are being made that will impact the entire state. These include the implementation of performance metrics for funding and deciding what degrees will be offered by community colleges in Florida. She is Past Chair and a current member of the Board of Trustees for Palm Beach State College. She helped to establish a western Palm Beach County campus for the college, and helped to choose the first female president in the college’s history. Wendy is also the current chair of Florida Healthy Kids, a state-funded agency that provides low cost health insurance to underprivileged children.  She is a member of the Business Advisory Council for The School District of Palm Beach County and of the Florida Council of 100.

Recognized on numerous occasions for her legal talent, community insight and courage to shift ideas into actions, Wendy was named the 2016 recipient of the annual Women in Leadership Awards, Private Sector category, by the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches Foundation.  The award honors women who dedicate themselves to the advancement of women and the Palm Beach County community. She was also named to the South Florida Business Journal’s Influential Business Women of 2016 and The Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce Annual Leadership Awards honored Wendy with its 2016 Community Leader of the Year award. Link was also a finalist for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches 2016 Small Business Person of the Year.

She has been honored by Leadership of Palm Beach County with its Leadership Excellence Award.  She received the South Florida Sun-Sentinel’s Excalibur Award for Small Business Leader in Palm Beach County, the “Ultimate CEO” award from the South Florida Business Journal, and was chosen as one of the March of Dimes “Women of Distinction.” She has been profiled in several regional and national magazines, including Fast Track’s list of “The 50 Most Influential Women in Palm Beach and Broward Counties.”

Her pro bono legal service contributions to the Salvation Army for the development of their two new community centers was recognized with a Heart of Gold award.
